At Wags & Snoots, we understand that when you place an order, you want it as quickly as possible. That’s why we aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day after your purchase.

Our Shipping Process

Next Working Day Dispatch: We work hard to process and pack your order as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ship all orders the next working day.
Royal Mail Shipping: To ensure reliable and secure delivery, we use Royal Mail as our trusted shipping partner.
Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). This allows you to track the progress of your delivery online.
Delivery Times: Delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Typically, Royal Mail’s services will have your order to you within 2-5 working days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of the items in your basket. These rates are set by Royal Mail themselves and we are unable to amend them. Rates are as stated below:

Royal Mail 1st Class - Small parcel (weight below 2kg): £4.19
Royal Mail 2nd Class - Small parcel (weight below 2kg): £3.35
Royal Mail 1st Class - Medium parcel (weight between 2kg and 20kg): £7.65
Royal Mail 2nd Class - Medium parcel (weight between 2kg and 20kg): £6.55

International Orders

We currently don't offer international shipping, however we are working towards this being a possibility in the future.
